Our Homes are MOVE IN READY. We have done all the work for you. There is a lot of work involved in having the perfect manufactured home environment.
LOCATION – Whether you want to live out in the country on acreage, live near the city close to schools and family, we have a variety of locations to provide. Our lots are usually .25 acres to 2 acres.
UTILITIES: Usually our sites have city water, sewer and electric service. In some areas, there may be a well and / or septic system. When you buy a home from Friendly Frank, everything is all set up and working
HOME SET UP: All of our homes are set with strong foundations that qualify for FHA and Conventional Home financing. Our partners who help us with set up are all licensed installers with the State of Texas TDHCA
EXTRAS: In addition to having a beautiful new home on a very nice lot, we will provide items such as front porches, decks, driveways. Some of our homes also feature carports and storage facilities.
