The Friendly Frank Story
My name is Frank Laux. My wife Sue and I got involved in the real estate business in 2015. Sue became a real estate agent and together we started investing in “fixer uppers”, rental houses and land.
After fixing and flipping over 30 houses over five years, we decided to start building new high quality, affordable homes from scratch. This was actually easier than some of the rehab projects we did earlier.
Sue’s real estate clientele has been focused on first-time home buyers and helping people get into their first home. Both Frank & Sue have a passion for helping people find the best housing possible at prices that are within their budgets.
Our son, Andrew joined us full-time in 2021 to be general contractor for our site-built houses.
Frank is focused on providing only the highest quality manufactured homes on vacant lots or acreage that along with the house makes it a totally turn-key “Move in Ready” situation.
We are constantly working to purchase vacant lots and acreage all over North Texas to provide not only a great house, but a very attractive neighborhood and pleasing environment.
FriendlyFrank is different from other Retailers and Dealers. We provide not only the HOUSE, but the land and ALL the preparation that goes into making everything work (water/sewer/electric service) as well as landscaping and other amenities.
Also, our homes are built to our very high standards and include often (most manufactured home do not). Our foundations use a slab and all of our homes qualify for FHA/Conventional/VA and other financing.
Our foundations are engineered and are of the very highest quality in the industry. All homes meet or exceed standards for FHA and Conventional financing.
